Q1) How do you order on Zarizaa?
Ans: Well, it’s really simple to order with us. We’ve simplified the journey for you. Just simply like the dress and add it to cart if you want to shop more or if you don’t, then just click on the buy it now option. Enter your details on the check out page and complete the order.
Q2) Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option?
Ans: Yes, we do offer COD as a payment option for orders within Pakistan.
Q3) What other payment methods does Zarizaa offer?
Ans: At the moment we offer COD and Bank deposit. However, we’re working on our online payment options which would be available on the website very soon.
Q4) What is your delivery timeline?
Ans: Our standard delivery timeline is 3-5 days. If the order does not reach you in that time, you can always contact our support team who will be more than happy to help you.
Q5) Is my package insured?
Ans: Your order is insured till the time it is in-transit. However, once the items are signed for on your entered address it will no longer be covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.
Q6) Do you guys offer stitched suits as they are in the pictures?
Ans: We do not offer stitching services currently. However, you will be able to see the option for stitched dresses very soon.
Q7) Can I cancel my order?
Ans: Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details but once it has been dispatched we won’t be able to cancel it.
Q8) How do I return/exchange any items I’ve purchased?
Ans: We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product.
Q9) My order is faulty. What should I do?
Ans: If the order is contact our customer support and they’ll be able to rectify the issue if it lies on the company’s end.
